RhythmAssassin Gameplay Overview

Gameplay Mechanics

In RhythmAssassin, players begin their adventure by selecting one of three unique ninjas: Doryung, Kunoichi, or Shaolin. Each character is designed to be distinct, featuring unique appearances, fighting styles, skills, and individual stat systems that include Life, Auto, and Range attributes.

Once you’ve chosen a ninja that matches your playstyle, you will enter a vibrant cyberpunk city to engage in battle. The game's screen is divided into three horizontal sections:

Right Side

Normal skills

Middle

Jumping skills

Left Side

Kicks and flying moves

Performing actions corresponds to specific rhythms, creating synchronization between your movements and the background music. Achieving this synchronization allows you to score maximum points. However, failing to keep in time will only grant you points for defeating enemies, but not for the musical performance.

As you progress, the enemies become increasingly challenging. While they may start off relatively static, they will soon showcase powerful attacks and defenses requiring strategic jumps or targeted combat skills. Choosing the right action at the right moment is crucial to creating a rhythm that aligns with the game’s soundtrack.

Players can select their favorite songs to kick off the game. Each of the 12 songs features three difficulty levels. Regardless of your choices, the game gradually increases in complexity as you advance, ensuring an engaging challenge for all players.
