There are five different timer modes to choose from:
Description
This mode functions like a stopwatch, counting upward until you stop it, reach the specified time cap, or complete a designated number of rounds.
Description
In this mode, the timer counts down from a set duration. You can determine how long you want to exercise, and the timer will alert you when your time is up.
Description
This timer activates at the start of each minute, allowing you to perform intervals that can be customized according to your preferences, such as EMOM or E3MOM training for various rounds.
Description
The TABATA mode alternates between work and rest periods across a specified number of rounds. You can configure both work and rest intervals, making it ideal for cardiovascular workouts (e.g., x minutes ON and x seconds OFF).
Description
This feature allows you to create tailored workout sequences with specific exercise and rest times. Perfect for those who require more flexibility than what's provided by the EMOM or TABATA settings. You can even label each segment (such as "Running" or "Warmup"), and the stopwatch will show the name of the current interval.
Pause and Resume
You can pause the timer whenever needed and resume once you're ready, which is helpful for water breaks or adjusting weights.
Background Functionality
The app works even when it's running in the background, sending notifications for new intervals or helping you track time while your phone is locked.
