The Treadmill Workout app is designed to help you exercise less while gaining maximum benefits! It utilizes the concept of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which alternates between high and low intensity to boost calorie burn, fat loss, and muscle building in a shorter amount of time.

1.Input your gender, age, weight, and resting heart rate to calculate calories burned and heart rate zones.
2.Select a workout from the workouts screen by clicking on the workout name in the upper left corner of the main screen.
3.Step onto the treadmill and begin your session!
4.Follow along with the progress bar and audio prompts for guidance throughout the workout.
Treadmill Workout Premium offers all the features of the basic version but enhances your workout experience further. The primary goal remains consistent: an effective HIIT approach to maximize calorie burning and fitness improvement in reduced time periods.
