The Start Running for Beginners app is available for free on the Google Play Store, accessible to all Android users. It offers various features designed to help ease beginners into running. However, be aware that some premium features require in-app purchases, which may be necessary to avoid ads.
When you first open the app, you'll see prompts requesting access to certain functions, even if you've previously granted permission. Always ensure your device is updated to the latest version of its firmware for optimal compatibility with the app. Additionally, make sure your device operates on Android 6.0 or higher to fully utilize all in-app features.
The application is structured into four distinct levels, each providing a tailored running plan suited for users at different stages. Each level has specific goals to achieve within an assigned timeframe:

Each level spans four weeks, consisting of three workouts per week. As you progress, the app evolves into your personal running coach, offering expert advice that you can trust.
