If you prefer not to see the foreground service notification, you can long press the notification and adjust its settings to prevent it from showing (note that the options may vary slightly depending on your device).

Note: I have conducted additional tests on the Redmi Note 7, where the application continues to perform effectively under the same conditions (Android 9 MIUI 10).
